Please notice that your account can be terminated without any notice if you violate the conditions of use. It's not allowed to

- Try to download files or videos which where the download functionality is not activated.
- Share username / password with other people than the account owner.
- Use accounts with multiple people at the same time.
- No advertising for products or any other services, no commercial use is allowed.
- Please use your own name if you post something. Do not impersonate other people!

- When you post something inside the course or membership program (e.g. comments, discussions, content), you permit Julian Komar and the site to use and save your comments to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis. We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on the discussion forums, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. Refund / cancellation policy
For the video course GROWTH TRADERS TOOLBOX:
- If you buy the video course you get instant access to all videos and download material. A refund can only be granted in the first 30 days after you nought if you watched less than 10% of all available videos and DO NOT download any material. If you watched more than 10% of all videos or you started any download of a file in the video course, no matter if the download was successful or not, a refund can not be grated. In addition a refund is not possible after 30 days after the buy.
- If you use the payment plan, there is no refund if you do not complete the payment. You account will be canceled automatically if the payment wasn't successful. There will be 1 retry attempt to make the payment if it was not successful. Only the complete payment of all rates will give you life-time access to the content.
For the membership program MARKET UPDATE PREMIUM:
- You membership starts with the day of the first payment and will be automatically renewed based on the membership period.
- In the first 30 days of all membership period, starting after your order is successfully accepted, you can cancel the membership anytime. If you use the time limited trial, your trial will end automatically and immediately after you canceled it. If have not used the trial, you will get a full refund of the first months rate.
- After the trial period you will be automatically billed based on the selected period: Every month or every year. The bill date will be the date you initially subscribed the membership.
- The monthly and yearly memberships are recurring plans and will be automatically renewed until you cancel.
- You can cancel the monthly and yearly membership anytime by writing an email to Julian Komar or cancel the membership inside the My Account area. The membership will end automatically before the next bill date. There is not possibility to refund the time between cancellation and end of the membership.
- The life-time membership is a one-time payment and cannot be canceled after the trial period. There will be no refund for the life-time membership program after the trial period!
No physical delivery
There is no physical delivery of any video, download material or the complete video course or membership program. You can only watch the videos, get access to the fils or download files on course.julian-komar.com.
Special conditions to the membership program MARKET UPDATE Premium
The weekly reports will be published 48 times in a year. Julian Komar will take up to 4 weeks of vacations throughout the year.
The weekly report and content will be provided as video OR text written report. It's up to Julian Komar to select the right content format.
Updates during the week will be provided when it makes sense. There is no entitlement to updates during the week. Julian Komar is free to decide whether or not to provide these updates.
